About our client: A professional community association management firm serves homeowners' associations throughout the states and surrounding communities. The firm provides comprehensive management services designed to support the day-to-day operations of residential associations.
This position is remote and open to all over the country, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day (expenses are covered by you)

Job Description: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer support through phone and email communications. This role involves handling a high volume of inbound calls while assisting customers with account-related inquiries, processing requests, and coordinating with vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls (approximately 40–60 calls per day).
- Assist customers with balance inquiries and payment-related requests.
- Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Send required documents and files to vendors.
- Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate department for further resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow company procedures to ensure quality service.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM MX Time

Minimum requirements
- Min. 50 Mbps Internet Speed.
- High School Diploma.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or as a customer service representative
- Bilingual in Spanish & English (fluent in both).
- Excellent written communication skills.
