This position is remote and open to all over the country, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day (expenses are covered by you)

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for customers and handling phone and email inquiries about billing, payments, community rules, repairs, and general support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Help customers with questions about billing, payments, statements, fees, and community-related inquiries.
- Assist with work orders and repair requests.
- Learn and understand community rules.
- Keep customer information updated in the system.
- Work closely with teammates and other departments to provide the best customer experience.
- Building strong working relationships with internal and external partners through consistently effective communication and teamwork.
- Perform other related customer support tasks as needed.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Standard time: 10:00 am to 7:00pm Mexico City time
- Daylight saving: 09:00am to 6:00pm Mexico City time

Minimum requirements
*English Resume is required*
- High school diploma (or higher).
- At least 2 years of experience in a call center serving U.S. customers.
- Min. 50 Mbps Internet Speed
- Excellent communication skills in English—both spoken and written.
- Ability to type 40+ words per minute.
- Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of Vantaca is a plus, CRM experience is a must .
