About our client: They offer homeowner associations full management services including financial, administrative, consultative and property services and they pride themselves on their flexibility and ability to adapt to the customer's unique needs. Their goal is to provide you with a custom management package that makes sense for you and your community.


Responsibilities:


  • Customer support and administrative tasks
  • Assist with violations and normal correspondence to owners/vendors
  • Process work orders
  • Process routine calls, emails, faxes, and letters from homeowners, directors, vendors, and other personnel.
  • Logistical support for large projects, such as scheduling
  • Distribution of Agendas
  • Process routine punch list items that arise from the meeting and take minutes.

Schedule:


  • Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST
  • Standard: 1:00 am to 9:00 am Manila Time
  • Daylight: 12:00 am to 8:00 am Manila Time


*You will be expected to complete 15-20 hours of paid pretraining prior to your official start date

Minimum requirements

  • At least 1 year of working in a customer service/admin role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in handling high volume of calls and emails
  • Extraordinary customer service skills
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and MS 365 (Tech-savvy)
  • Experience working with CINC and Ring Central is a plus (not required)

Your device must comply with the following specifications:


  • Operating systems: Windows 10/11 or MacOS
  • CPU: 1.8 GHz or faster processor
  • RAM: 2 GB or more
  • Hard drive: 128 GB or more (preferably Solid State Drive)
  • Min. 50 Mbps Internet Speed
