This position is remote and open to all over the country, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day (expenses are covered by you)

As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for Playing a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly by helping Property Managers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers and internal teams via phone and email.
- Coordinate with different departments to meet client needs.
- Prepare and send violation notices, ARC requests, and board notices.
- Perform data entry across various platforms.
- Follow up on scheduled work and update the system.
- Support 2 Property Managers with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Work Schedule:
- Mon–Thu: 7:30am–4:30pm (Daylight saving: 6:30am–3:30pm)
- Fri: 7:00am–1:00pm (Daylight saving: 6:00am–12:00pm)

Minimum requirements
- Min. 50 Mbps Internet Speed.
- High School Diploma.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or as an admin assistant
- Bilingual in Spanish & English (fluent in both).
- Tech savvy — strong Word and Adobe, plus basic to medium Excel skills.
- Experience using CRM tools is a must, experience in CINC is a plus.
- Excellent written communication skills.
