Gordian Staffing, A New Way Of HR

Founded in 2019, Gordian Staffing helps small and medium-sized enterprises in the United States and Canada with specialized services and provides high-quality people solutions. Our headquarters is in Omaha, Nebraska. Abroad, we have offices in Guadalajara and Mexico City. We are looking for someone to support one of our customers in The USA.

Our client is a Community Association Management company that is always looking to bring the best experience to the communities it works with, providing friendly, innovative, and full service to all its projects.

Activities:

  • Administer posting open positions and ensure they are cross posted to required job boards internally and externally
  • Maintain an accurate and consistent Applicant Flow Log and disposition candidates as necessary
  • Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure candidates are receiving appropriate communication
  • Evaluate resumes against job requirements
  • Conduct pre-screenings of potential candidates
  • Schedule secondary interviews with the property and follow up with the hiring manager
  • Prepare offer letters and initiate new hire paperwork
  • Ensure Employment Laws and Company Policies are adhered to during the recruitment process
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to support current and future staffing needs
  • Create job descriptions for new roles to the organization as they are needed

Schedule:

Monday - Friday,

  • Standard schedule 09:00 - 18:00 Mexico City time
  • Daylight saving: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 Mexico City time

We offer:

  • Christmas bonus of 30 days (Aguinaldo)

After three months probationary contract, we add:

  • Minor medical insurance (Clinic may vary depending on your city).
  • Food vouchers (10% of the gross salary).
  • Restaurant tickets ($2,000 pesos).
  • Saving fund (8% of the gross salary).

CANDIDATES MUST BE ON A 6-HOUR DRIVING DISTANCE FROM GUADALAJARA OR MEXICO CITY TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION.

Minimum requirements

  • Previous high-volume recruitment experience required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to leverage technology systems for applicant procurement, tracking and management
  • ADP Workforce now experience is a plus or experience with other HCM
  • Familiarity with job platform sites is desired like indeed, Monster.com or Craighlist
  • LinkedIn recruiter platform is a strong desire
  • Adavnced English skills
  • Bilingual (spanish)
