Position Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial statements using CINC
- Review and record transactions that haven't been captured in the system yet
- Help with bank reconciliations to keep everything accurate and up to date
- Put together clean and complete financial reporting packages
- Support day-to-day accounting for HOA communities
- Spot and fix discrepancies before they become bigger issues
- Keep financial information organized, clear, and easy to understand
Regular
Monday to Friday 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Mexico City time
Daylight Savings
Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Mexico City time
*This position is remote, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day (expenses are covered by yourself)*

Minimum requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Advanced English skills (verbal & written)
- Good customer service skills
- Experience using QuickBooks or CINC is a plus+
