About our client:
A company specializing in management services for condominiums, townhomes, and homeowner associations in the Los Angeles area. They use advanced technology to improve customer service for both board members and homeowners.
We are looking for a Property Manager to support the following activities:
- Oversee all matters related to the function of the property within the community, including maintenance and security.
- Manage Association staff and vendors.
- Supervise construction projects and large-scale maintenance tasks.
- Perform administrative and management duties as requested by the Board of Directors.
- Act as a liaison between the Board of Directors and residents, executing established policies and addressing resident concerns.
- Supervise elections and other procedural tasks on behalf of the HOA.
- Attend Board of Directors meetings and record detailed notes.
- Review periodic financial reports and ensure management summaries are submitted.
- Prepare Board or Owner packets within established time frames.
- Prepare the association's weekly agenda.
- Handle maintenance emergencies.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday with flexibility to attend meetings and emergency calls.
- Regular schedule: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST MX
- During daylight saving: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST MX
This position is remote, but you will be required to attend the Mexico City or Guadalajara office on the first day.

Minimum requirements
MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking).
- At least 2 years of experience as a Property Manager, Community Association Manager, or in a similar role.
- Ability to read and understand association rules, documents, and system criteria.
- Flexibility to attend customer meetings after work hours and respond to emergency calls (approximately 3 meetings per week).
- Experience with Board Meetings and leading Group Meetings
