This position is remote and open to all over the country, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day (expenses are covered by you)

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

Providing front-line customer support while managing general account questions, and billing information.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls daily.
  • Address homeowner inquiries, primarily explaining billing statements and violation notices/processes.
  • Manage incoming homeowner emails.
  • Handle live chat volume for one hour daily.
  • Meet key performance targets for Average Handle Time (AHT) and Quality Assurance (QA).

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday

Regular: 09:00 am - 06:00 pm Mexico City time.

Daylight Saving: 08:00 am - 05:00 pm Mexico City time.

Minimum requirements

*English Resume is required*

  • Min. 50 Mbps Internet Speed,
  • High School Diploma.
  • Experience with U.S. clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong skills in Customer Service.
