About our client:

A property management firm providing high-quality community management services to residential associations across Connecticut and Southern New England. With a team-based approach, they deliver personalized, reliable service focused on meeting current needs and maximizing long-term property value.

We're looking for a Customer Service Agent to be responsible for the following activities:

  • Respond to phone calls, voicemails, and emails within the same business day regarding owner payments, account history, and general inquiries.
  • Assist unit owners with setting up online payments, reviewing payment options, and navigating their web portals.
  • Support unit owners with submitting and tracking maintenance requests.
  • Log, assign, and route homeowner requests in the software to appropriate internal team members.
  • Provide additional support as needed.

This position is remote and open to all over the country, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day (expenses are covered by you)

Schedule:

  • Regular Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mexico City Time
  • Daylight saving: Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Mexico City Time

Minimum requirements

MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills in writing and speaking).

  • Around 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of Word and Adobe.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or a similar industry is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting to explain owners' account balances.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
