About our client: The company provides property management services to condominium and homeowner associations across Florida. With multiple locations, it delivers a customized approach to community management.
We are seeking a talented Resident Support Call Center Representative with administrative experience and strong customer service skills to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer 30 to 50 inbound resident support calls daily
- Maintain call center expectations and metrics
- Verify and update resident information
- De-escalate and resolve concerns
- Educate residents on website use and troubleshoot access issues
- Complete call summaries and case notes
- Perform payment research
- Handle basic administrative tasks
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Regular Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- During Daylight Saving: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
This position is remote and open to all over the country, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day (expenses are covered by you)
