About our client:

A full-service community association management company serving the needs of over 150,000 homeowners across multiple markets. The company manages a wide range of communities, from condominiums to custom home developments, and provides high-quality, reliable service.

We're looking for an Property Accountant to provide support in the following activities:

  • Process Revenue charges, including utility, insurance, and tax rebilling.
  • Reconcile bank accounts.
  • Analyze monthly and yearly expenditures against the budget for variances.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements.
  • Maintain, monitor, and reconcile general ledger accounts with various registers.
  • Assist the association manager with questions regarding financial issues.
  • Process payroll bill back to Associations.
  • Review and respond to questions regarding AP posting.
  • Process reserve transfers.
  • Replenish association debit card accounts as needed.
  • Forward fiscal year-end financial data to the Association CPA for tax and audit purposes.
  • Perform other projects as assigned.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Regular: 12:00 pm to 09:00 am Manila Time

Daylight: 11:00 pm to 08:00 am Manila Time

*You will be expected to complete 15-20 hours of paid pretraining prior to your official start date.

Minimum requirements

MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking).

  • 2-3 years of experience - general ledger, Bookkeeping, Full cycle accounting, bank reconciliations
  • Multiple accounts experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • Caliber experience is preferred.
  • Previous experience with HOA management, property management, or similar is preferred.

Have your own equipment (laptop or desktop). The device must comply with the following specifications:

  • Operating systems: Windows 10/11 or MacOS
  • CPU: 1.8 GHz or faster processor
  • RAM: 2 GB or more
  • Hard drive: 128 GB or more (preferably Solid State Drive)
  • Min. 50 Mbps Internet speed
