Our client is a HOA and Condominium Management company. They help communities with financial services and community management with excellent technological solutions.

Activities:

  • Responsible for providing the overall supervision of a portfolio of community associations. Supervise the operation and administration of the Association in accordance with the management agreement and the Association's policies and procedures.
  • Interact with internal and external customers, including homeowners, vendors, board members, and committee members.
  • Prepare agendas, update management reports, and compile documents and copies for Board meeting packages. Arrange bulk mailing within the time frames set by state statutes or governing documents.
  • Act as or oversee the primary liaison with the Association's Board of Directors and homeowners as needed.
  • Perform/direct administrative and management duties as requested by the Board of Directors and in accordance with the management agreement.
  • Review monthly financial reports and ensure management summary is submitted to the association's Board of Directors.
  • Provide and/or oversee recommendations to the Association Board of Directors and committees regarding major capital expenditures.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 Mexico City time.

THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION. TO APPLY, YOU MUST LIVE WITHIN A 6-HOUR DRIVING DISTANCE FROM OUR OFFICES IN GUADALAJARA, JALISCO, OR MEXICO CITY.

Minimum requirements

  • High School diploma, BA is a plus
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in a related or similar industry or activities
  • Basic accounting terminoly to resolve doubts from board members or homeowners.
  • Strong communication skills in writing and speaking in English.
  • Tech savvy. Experience using MS office.
  • Feels comfortable talking on the phone with American customers.
  • Negotiation and de-escalation skills
