Job Description: Process a high volume of property management monthly reconciliations with efficiency, accuracy, and little oversight.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage high-volume bank reconciliations for a portfolio of community association accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Identify and resolve missing or unmatched bank transactions
• Prepare and record journal entries in compliance with accounting standards

Schedule:

Standard: Tuesday to Saturday - 12:30 am - 9:30 am
Daylight Saving: Monday to Friday - 11:30 pm - 8:30 am
