About our client:

We are a residential community management firm that specializes in overseeing homeowner associations (HOAs). The company offers full-service support to communities, handling day-to-day operations. We emphasize our transparency, flexible contracts, and small manager-to-community ratios so each community receives more focused attention.

As an Onboarding Support Agent, you will be responsible for:

Ensure a smooth transition for new communities by reviewing documents, validating homeowner information, and setting everything up correctly

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Review and organize documents for new communities to ensure everything is complete and accurate
  • Validate homeowner information and identify any missing details
  • Work with spreadsheets to track, verify, and manage data
  • Organize and manage digital files, including zip files and large datasets
  • Collaborate with Transition Managers and internal teams to support onboarding
  • Communicate via email to gather required information and follow up when needed
  • Help set up new communities in our system (Vantaca)
  • Manage multiple onboarding projects monthly
  • Proactively spot issues and help resolve them

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday

Standard time: 10:00 am - 02:00 pm Mexico City time

Daylight saving: 11:00 am - 03:00 pm Mexico City time

This position is remote and open to all over the country, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day (expenses are covered by you)

Minimum requirements

  • Min. 50 Mbps Internet Speed
  • 1–2 years of experience in a role involving data, administration, or operations
  • High school diploma.
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, data validation, spreadsheets)
  • Comfortable using Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
  • Interest in or experience using AI tools is a big plus
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Clear written communication skills
