We're looking for a Maintenance Assistant to support the following activities:

  • Act as homeowners' primary point of contact, ensuring all maintenance needs are addressed promptly.
  • Conduct initial property evaluations to understand maintenance needs and create tailored service plans.
  • Arrange and oversee routine home maintenance, small repairs, and service appointments.
  • Identify larger projects, define the initial scope, and escalate them to the appropriate team.
  • Maintain constant communication with other departments to track progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Liaise with all parties involved in service delivery to guarantee a seamless experience for clients.
  • Oversee a portfolio of 75-100 properties, ensuring top-tier service from both in-house technicians and external vendors.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

  • Daylight Savings: 07:00 to 16:00 Mexico City time
  • Regular Schedule: 08:00 to 17:00 Mexico City time

This position is remote, but you'll need to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day.

Minimum requirements

MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills in writing and speaking).

  • 1 year of previous experience in Property Maintenance or similar
  • Feels comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
