Job Activities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance brokers to solicit, negotiate, and obtain competitive insurance quotes for new and renewed policies.
  • Manage the RFP and bidding process, including tracking bid deadlines, following up with providers to ensure timely submissions, and closing the loop on all communications.
  • Facilitate the enrollment process for new insurance policies and manage the renewal process for existing policies to ensure continuous coverage.
  • Secure official Certificates of Insurance (COIs) from brokers and providers upon policy binding and ensure proper distribution.
  • Efficiently process and resolve all insurance-related action items, inquiries, and status updates from internal and external parties.
  • Act as a liaison between property management, corporate departments, and insurance brokers to relay information, provide updates, and push out critical documents to appropriate parties.
  • Accurately update and maintain all insurance policy data, documentation, and correspondence within the Vantaca management system.
  • Monitor and track the status of all open insurance items, ensuring nothing is missed and all processes are completed thoroughly.

NOTE: If selected, you must visit the GDL or CDMX offices on your first day.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Standard schedule: 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. (30-minute lunch break)

Daylight savings: 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (30-minute lunch break)

Minimum requirements

  • ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST (Exceptional written and verbal communication skills)
  • High School diploma.
  • Data entry or administrative experience
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
