Our client:

A company founded in 1998, located in Southern California, based on the principles of professionalism and customer service.


Activities:

Support the executive with the following activities:


  • Calendar & Workflow Ownership
  • Email & Communication Management
  • Meeting Preparation, Attendance & Follow-Through
  • Project & Goal Tracking
  • Plan Travel meticulously with provided preferences coordinating with family and business
  • Family & Church Scheduling Support


Schedule:

Monday to Friday:

Regular Schedule 10:00 to 18:00

Daylight Saving: 9:00 to 17:00

This position is remote, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day.
