This position is remote and open to all over the country, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day (expenses are covered by you)

As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for:

Using online tools to identify HOA (Homeowners Association) communities in the U.S., gather and verify their information, and prepare accurate data for our sales department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Research and identify new HOA communities (Homeowners Association) using internet resources and prospecting tools.
  • Verify community information by email, text, and outbound cold calls.
  • Organize and maintain accurate data in Excel.
  • Deliver clean, verified data lists to the team manager.
  • Join a daily Zoom meeting at the start of the day.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday

Standard time: 09:00 am - 06:00 pm Mexico City time

Daylight saving: 08:00 am - 05:00 pm Mexico City time

Minimum requirements

  • Min. 50 Mbps Internet Speed
  • At least 1 year of experience working remotely (from home).
  • Experience in lead generation, pre-sales, or data mining.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Microsoft Excel and Word (intermediate level required).
  • Adobe PDF Editor (a plus).
