We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and quality administrative support to internal and external clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and e-mails from homeowners.
  • Manage review, assignment, and follow-up for work orders.
  • Manage deadlines related to work order tasks.
  • Manage, review, process, and monitor non-complex Design Review Committee or Architectural Review Committee applications.
  • Escalate items requiring support to higher-level Community Support team members or the Community Manager.
  • Document actions taken in the system.
  • Update vendors assigned to the Community as requested.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday

  • During daylight saving: 9:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m. CST MX
  • Regular schedule: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST MX

This position is remote, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day.

Minimum requirements

MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking).

  • Around 3 years of experience with customer service (high-volume) and administrative tasks.
  • Previous experience in positions in the HOA, property management, or hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Experience working within business systems and platforms.
  • Experience with accounts payable or financial processing is a plus
