Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage review, assignment, and follow-up for Association Work Orders
  • Follow-up with Service providers and vendors either via system, email or phone as needed in order to obtain current status of requests and maintain system follow-up notes
  • Manage deadlines relating to Work Order Tasks, ensuring all tasks are updated not less than weekly
  • Document actions taken with system notes
  • Escalate items requiring support to higher level Community Support team members or the Community Manager
  • Manage, review, and process non-complex Design Review Committee or Architectural Review Committee (ARC) applications from homeowners in compliance with Association deadlines
  • Monitor for status and timelines of ARC Applications and maintain system records as needed
  • Document actions taken with system notes
  • Update vendors assigned to the Community as directed by the Community Management team
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

Schedule

Monday - Friday

Regular: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Mexico City time

Daylight savings: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Mexico City time

This position is remote and open to all over the country, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day (expenses are covered by you)

Minimum requirements

*English Resume is required*

  • 1–4 years of experience in hospitality or Customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders with varying needs
  • Comfortable using technology, phone systems, and office equipment
  • Advanced English skills, written and verbal
  • Proven conflict resolution and customer service abilities
  • Detail-oriented, professional, and highly organized
  • Collaborative team player with a respectful, service-focused attitude
  • HOA experience a plus

Note: This position is expected to start during the first few days of August.
