About our client:
The largest privately owned homeowner association management company in the West, their goal is to customize their resources and services to the needs of their clients' communities so they can live the moments that matter in the best possible way.
We are looking for a Work Order Specialist to support the following activities:
- Review and prioritize work orders to fix issues and make sure the right steps are being taken.
- Work order follow-up with vendors, managers, and homeowners via phone, e-mail, chat, and text.
- Communicate with homeowners to inform them of the status of work orders or get additional information.
- Process incoming e-mail work order updates from managers, vendors, and homeowners.
- Assist with e-mail communication and incoming calls during high call volume periods.
- Other projects as assigned.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
- Regular Schedule: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST MX
- Daylight Saving: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST MX
This position is remote, but you'll be required to visit our offices on the first day. You can apply from Mexico City, Jalisco, or states around them within a 6-hour drive distance.

After the first 3 months, we add the following:

Minimum requirements
MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking).
- At least 3 years of experience in a BPO or call center setting.
- Previous experience handling tickets (from creation to closing).
- Property management experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with using Zendesk is preferred.
- Strong typing skills (at least 30 WPM)
