Our client:
A team of professionals providing a full range of customized management and financial services across the southern U.S, having an extensive footprint in Florida and Texas.
Position Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Representative focuses on delivering the best service while complying with procedures and rules set by the company.
- Answer homeowner's inquiries through email and phone calls.
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls. This person will be the first point of contact.
- Process work orders through CRM.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to homeowners about HOA rules, Architectural reviews, accounting questions, billing, maintenance, etc.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Email and chat support.
Schedule
Monday to Friday
Regular schedule - 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Mexico City time
Daylight savings - 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Mexico City time
*This position is remote, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day, expenses are covered by yourself*

Minimum requirements
- Around 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience handling American Customers
- Strong writing skills. (provide writing sample)
- Strong de-escalation skills.
