About our client:
A prominent provider of community association management services in the United States. They offer a comprehensive suite of services encompassing financial management, compliance oversight, developer support, and lifestyle programming. Their approach is characterized by a blend of personalized service and advanced technological solutions, aiming to enhance community operations and resident engagement.
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support the following activities:
- Respond to e-mails and a high volume of incoming calls regarding various billing and account inquiries.
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups with homeowners.
- Update database with homeowner information.
- Monitor payment plans for compliance by the homeowner.
- Collaborate with the Disclosures and Transfers team to ensure accurate information is provided regarding the sale and takeover of a new account.
- Partner with Administrative Assistants and Community Manager to provide homeowners with accurate community information.
- Act as a liaison with the Paralegal department to communicate lien or collection status.
- Performs other related duties as directed.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
This position is remote, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day.

After the first 3 months, we add the following:
- Minor medical insurance (Clinic may vary according to your city).

Minimum requirements
MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking).
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or similar roles.
- Call center background.
- Have a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
- Exceptional organization and tracking skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.
