Job Title: Customer Service / Administrative Support

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • High-volume inbound call handling
  • Customer service and homeowner communication
  • Route phone calls to the correct team
  • Email management and follow-up
  • Data entry and administrative support
  • General organizational and multitasking skills

NOTE: If selected, you must visit the GDL or CDMX office on your first day

Schedule:

Monday to Friday:
09:00 - 17:30 Mexico City Time (throughout the year)
*with 30-min lunch break

Minimum requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without compromising accuracy
  • Min. 50 Mbps Internet Speed
  • Proficient in MS Office & Google Workspace. (Experience in using Caliber is a plus)
