Job Title: Compliance Coordinator
Job Description: As our Compliance Coordinator, you shepherd transactions across both our Cash Management and Lending divisions, from new business opportunity through close. You serve as the central coordinator across clients, financial partners, relationship managers, and internal teams, ensuring every deal moves forward on time and with complete documentation.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Intake new opportunities, set up transaction records, and ensure each deal has the documentation, approvals, and stakeholders needed to advance
- Maintain accurate, real-time status in CRM and tracking systems for management and partners
- Coordinate gathering, review, and routing of client documentation between clients, internal teams, and financial partners
- Support Lending workflows: credit submissions, term sheets, document collection, conditions tracking, and closing logistics
- Support Cash Management workflows: account opening packages, signature cards, service setup, and implementation hand-offs
- Drive timely follow-up on open items and escalate risks to leadership before they impact close timelines
- Coordinate closing logistics and post-close hand-off to servicing or operations
- Safeguard confidential and sensitive information per company policy

Monday - Friday
Standard Time: 10:00 pm - 7:00 am
Daylight Saving: 9:00 pm - 6:00 am
Minimum requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a professional environment, ideally with banking, lending, or treasury exposure
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple concurrent transactions
- Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel) and the ability to quickly master new CRM, loan, and treasury systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy with documentation and figures
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills for working with internal and external clients
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and composure in complex situations
- Community Management industry, banking, or commercial lending experience is strongly preferred
