About our client:

Since 2001, they've managed hundreds of homeowners' associations in the vibrant states of Texas and Arizona.

We're looking for a Bookkeeper to support the following activities:

  • Record daily financial transactions and journal entries in clients' accounting systems
  • Prepare monthly financial reports for clients
  • Gather and organize financial information needed for state and federal tax filings
  • Post payments to client accounts and issue payments to client vendors
  • Help onboard new clients by setting up accounting systems, entering financial data, and creating initial financial reports
  • Answer questions related to accounting tasks and handle escalated bookkeeping issues
  • Process homeowner write-offs and related projects in a timely and accurate manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the department manager

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday

  • During daylight saving: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST MX
  • Regular schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST MX

This position is remote, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day.

After the first 3 months, we add the following:

Minimum requirements

MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking).

  • Previous experience in similar positions, with 1 year of experience working on an accrual basis.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with US GAAP.
  • Strong customer service skills.
