About our Client: The client use technology and operational efficiency to manage various property types across new york city, delivering immediate cost savings through optimized processes and better service contracts.

This position is remote and open to all over the country, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day (expenses are covered by you)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond to tenant calls and inquiries.
  • Create, assign, and monitor work orders to ensure timely completion.
  • Follow up on maintenance requests and coordinate with relevant staff.
  • Assist the Property Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Prepare letters, notices, and other correspondence.
  • Issue violation notifications in accordance with property policies.
  • Schedule move-ins, move-outs, and meetings.
  • Facilitate inter-office communication to resolve tenant and operational issues.
  • Maintain organized records of requests, communications, and scheduling activities.


Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

  • Regular: 07:30 am to 4:30 pm MX time
  • Daylight: 06:30 am to 3:30 pm MX Time

Minimum requirements

  • Min. 50 Mbps Internet Speed,
  • 1–2 years of administrative or customer service experience (preferred in many roles)
  • Experience in property management
  • Advanced english (verbal and written)
