This position is remote and open to all over the country, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day (expenses are covered by you)

As an ACAM , you will be responsible for:
Support the daily operations of community associations, ensuring professional services and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support regular community visits by helping track projects and following up on action items.
- Prepare and send letters, notices, newsletters, and other communications to homeowners and residents.
- Keep community information updated in our system (contacts, contracts, schedules, and reports).
- Help organize annual calendars, maintenance schedules, and reminders.
- Assist managers with special projects from research to preparing meeting packets and agendas.
- Attend some virtual meetings (via Zoom) to take notes, track action items, and provide administrative support.
- Respond to questions from homeowners and board members in a friendly, helpful way.
- Support financial tasks like reviewing invoices, assisting with budget preparations, and keeping track of key reports.
- Help with vendor coordination, including requesting proposals, comparing options, and contacting vendors if urgent needs come up.
- Prepare reports and keep records organized and up to date.
- Follow up with different teams and partners to make sure projects move forward on time.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Regular schedule: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CDMX time
During daylight saving: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CDMX time
Minimum requirements
- Advanced / Native English (Strong writing English skills).
- 3 years of experience overseeing staff, project management, and administrative tasks.
- Ability to understand association rules and formal/legal documents.
- It is a plus to have prior experience in HOA or hospitality.
- Min. 50 Mbps Internet Speed
- Bachelor's Degree desirable.
