About our Client:

For over 30 years, the founders of our client's company have been in the property management business, managing one of the largest master-planned communities. Our managers are HOA certified with multi-state experience. Properties include master and sub-associations, condos, townhomes, mix-use, commercial, and data centers.

Job Title: Assistant Property Manager

Job Description:
The Assistant Property Manager position supports Community Managers in the overall supervision of Community Associations. The Assistant Property Manager interacts with internal and external customers including homeowners, vendors, and committee members, as well as staff within the branch office. This position helps to facilitate the operations and administration of Associations in accordance with the management agreement.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assists on RPM calls/meetings as needed
  • Assists owners and vendors over the phone and via email, including follow up
  • Organizes and prepares correspondence relating to association business.
  • Files association documents as needed.
  • Processes print jobs, scanning and faxing as general office support when needed.
  • Assist in getting bids from vendors for Associations as needed
  • Assist with various access systems for multiple Associations ie Gate Access, Club House Access, Pool Access, etc.
  • Assist the Community Manager with Architectural Review Committees with the architectural review process and/or routine inspections as necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday:
Regular Schedule: 10:00 pm - 7:00 am
Daylight Saving: 9:00 pm - 6:00 am

Minimum requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) at a proficient level.
  • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
  • College Degree Preferred
  • Community Association or Property Management experience preferred
