As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for the following activities:
- Build positive relationships with current and future tenants.
- Make sure maintenance requests are completed on time and correctly.
- Follow Rent Board requirements.
- Keep files organized and correctly named.
- Make sure vendors have valid insurance.
- Be the main contact for tenants: send welcome emails, confirm move-out notices, send building-wide announcements, violation notices, and renters insurance audits.
- Register warranties and follow up on repairs.
- Manage work orders: reply within 24 hours, coordinate follow-ups, and confirm completion.
- Keep building layouts and parking maps up to date.
- Help during transitions when new properties are added.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
- Standard time: 11:00 to 19:00 Mexico City time.
- Daylight saving in the USA: 10:00 to 18:00 Mexico City time.
This position is remote, but you'll need to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day.

Minimum requirements
- MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills in writing and speaking).
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree is a plus
- 2–3 years of experience managing tickets or work orders (follow-up and closure)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Good Time Management
- Good problem-solving capabilities
- Experience dealing with maintenance tickets is a plus
