About our client:

The client is an extensive real estate firm based in the US. They focus on assessing, analyzing, managing, and disposition of Manufactured Housing Communities. They provide a wide range of services to various clients, including private owners, banks, local and national special services, and as Court Appointed Receiver.


Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Report to the administrative lead or office manager for daily updates, accomplishments, and any issues requiring attention.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, sending emails, scheduling, organizing documents, and following up activities.
  • Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and facilitating communication between departments.
  • Handle basic accounting and reporting tasks.
  • Liaise with banks and clients, providing excellent customer service.
  • Screen and respond to telephone calls and E-mails on behalf of the company. Anticipate situations and act to resolve them.
  • Create/compose and edit memos, letters, and minutes; research and create presentation materials and reports; Compile, input, and tabulate data/statistics for reports. Perform advanced analyses and recommend a course of action.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Standard Time: 9:30 pm to 6:30 am Manila Time
Daylight Saving Time: 8:30 pm to 5:30 am Manila Time

Minimum requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Around 1 to 2 years of experience working as a virtual assistant
  • Experience working with insurance, lender, or mobile house is a plus.
  • Experience in property management is a plus
  • Tech savvy (Proficient in Excel and MS Office)
  • Strong writing skills
