About our client:

A service association management company that specializes in single-family homeowner associations and master planned communities in Texas.

We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the following activities:

  • Administer architectural request process, managing communications through the system.
  • Generate acceptance and denial letters in the system and mail to homeowners as required.
  • Handle phone calls and requests regarding architectural requests, gate database, maintenance issues, gate and pool card insurance, and maintenance,
  • Handle reservations (pool, clubhouse, etc) for associations as required.
  • Serves as back-up for other administrative support staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday | Graveyard Shift

  • Daylight Saving: 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. PH Time
  • Regular Schedule: 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. PH Time

*You will be expected to complete 20 hours of paid pretraining prior to your official start date.

Minimum requirements

MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking).

  • Around 2 to 5 years of experience in customer service and administrative roles.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role is desirable.

Have your own equipment (laptop or desktop). The device must comply with the following specifications:

  • Operating systems: Windows 10/11 or MacOS
  • CPU: 1.8 GHz or faster processor
  • RAM: 2 GB or more
  • Hard drive: 128 GB or more (preferably Solid State Drive)
  • Min. 50 Mbps Internet speed
