This position is remote and open to all over the country, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day (expenses are covered by you)

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant, landlord, and prospect inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Coordinate property showings and support leasing activities.
  • Schedule inspections, manage notifications, and assist with virtual inspection programs and follow-up actions.
  • Process rental applications and maintain applicant tracking.
  • Prepare and organize tenant onboarding documentation and move-in files.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor communication, invoicing, and work order follow-up.
  • Manage utility billing, vendor invoices, and administrative records.
  • Support compliance initiatives, including licensing, certifications, insurance tracking, and regulatory documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records within property management software and assist with reporting and data updates.
  • Provide administrative support to Property Managers and assist with team coverage when needed.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Thursday

Regular 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Friday

Regular 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Monday to Thursday

Daylight Savings 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 pm

Friday

Daylight Savings 6:00 a.m. to 1:30 pm

Minimum requirements

  • Min. 50 Mbps Internet Speed
  • Previous administrative experience in property management, real estate, leasing, or a related field.
  • Experience using AppFolio or other property management software strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based business applications.
  • Customer-service mindset and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
