Responsibilities:


  • Following the project plan for onboarding, with 10-12 new associations joining that month.
  • Communicating with the previous management company and the board to sort through documents, gather information, and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Performing some customer service duties.
  • Processing tickets using Vantaca.
  • Getting to know the community to inform finance or insurance about what they need.
  • Handling back-office tasks with some interaction with the previous management company.
  • Primarily conducting communication through email rather than phone calls.

Schedule: Regular: Monday to Friday 10am-7pm/ Daylight Savings: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm

*This position is remote, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day (expenses are covered by yourself)*

Minimum requirements


  • High School Diploma
  • Required experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Communication and problem solving skills are key
  • Written and verbal communication skills for phone, email, and virtual meeting required
  • Virtual work requires a dedicated work space and a professional presentation for virtual meetings and communication.
  • Ability to work independently in a clearly organized process to support customer operations
  • Experience handling work orders/tickets
