Position Responsibilities:

  • Receive ARC applications through email and CRM.
  • Review ARC in the CRM.
  • If there is some documentation missing the ARC Clerk will gather that information.
  • Constant communication with homeowners to request additional documents, provide ARC updates, and share the committee's answer.
  • Constant communication with the Architectural Review Committee to submit ARCs applications, follow up on open cases and obtain a status.

Regular Monday to Friday 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST

Daylight savings Monday to Friday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST


*This position is remote, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day (expenses are covered by yourself)*

Minimum requirements


  • Associate’s degree in Administration, Service-related areas or experience at Customer Service Companies 2+ years.
  • Tech-savvy.
  • 2 years of experience working with end-to-end work orders or tickets.
  • Strong writing skills in English. Writing sample will be provided.
