Our client:
Proud to share 30 years of experience in the management of Homeowners Associations in California.
Activities:
- Responsible for all accounting work necessary to ensure accounts receivables procedure.
- Handle client calls, emails, and system requests in a timely and efficient manner to resolve any inquiries.
- Coordinate with homeowners to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure billing is complete and accurate.
- Update homeowner contact information such as mailing address, phone, and email in the software.
- Assist in the collection process (calls and delinquency letters)
- Answer incoming office calls and direct them as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Regular schedule 10:30 to 19:00 CT
Daylight savings 9:30 to 18:00 CT
This position is remote, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day.
