Our client:
A Community Management company founded in 1991 that provides reliable services to their clients.
Activities:
- Respond to phone calls and emails regarding Unit Owner payments, account history, and association policies surrounding late payments (average of 2-4 phone calls per hour, depending on time of month – higher volume may occur on occasion)
- Assist Unit Owners with establishing online payments through their web portals
- Process balance and data transfers when Unit Owners sell their home, and update all areas of the database accordingly
- Assist the Collections Specialist with delinquency processing and monitoring collection efforts
- Send statements and coupon booklets to customers on a cyclical (monthly/quarterly/annual) basis
- Miscellaneous support for the Accounting Department at large for assistance with seasonal projects and coverage for staff absences
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Regular schedule: 8:00-17:00
Daylight saving:7:00-16:00
This position is remote, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day.
