Activities:
- Order Billing
- Maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records and follow up on unpaid or overdue invoices and coordinate resolution.
- Vendor Payment Management
- Maintain accurate Accounts Payable tracking.
- Order Financial Closeout
- Reconcile order financials at closeout to ensure all customer invoices have been issued and all vendor bills and expenses are recorded
- Identify discrepancies between estimated and actual costs and escalate when needed.
- Actively use the portal to track order financial data, billing status, and cost balances
- Maintain clean, structured, and up-to-date financial records across systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for billing-related questions from customers and vendors.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, and Product teams to ensure billing accurately reflects service delivery.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Regular Schedule 08:00 - 17:00 Mexico City time
Daylight Savings 07:00 - 16:00 Mexico City time
This position is remote, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day.
