About our client:

Full-service property and homeowners association management firm that specializes in managing residential communities, including condominiums, high-rise buildings, mixed-use developments, and master-planned communities. They focus on community operations, resident services, financial management, and maintaining long-term client relationships through a personalized, service-oriented approach.

This position is remote and open to all over the country, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day (expenses are covered by you)

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for:

Support the daily Accounts Payable operations for multiple community associations

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process and review invoices daily
  • Verify invoice information and identify duplicate or incorrect charges
  • Coordinate vendor payments, manual checks, and expedited payment requests
  • Maintain vendor records, including autopay accounts and billing information
  • Respond to payment and invoice inquiries from internal teams, property managers, vendors, and contractors
  • Monitor and manage AP shared inboxes, ensuring timely follow-up within established timelines
  • Assist with invoice research, vendor setup requests, and payment-related discrepancies
  • Review and clear AP workflow items generated through AI invoice processing tools
  • Partner with Accounting and Operations teams to resolve AP issues and improve processes
  • Participate in weekly accounting meetings and provide AP status updates as needed

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday

Standard time: 09:00 am - 06:00 pm Mexico City time

Daylight saving: 08.00 am - 05:00 pm Mexico City time

Minimum requirements

  • Min. 50 Mbps Internet Speed
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting Support, or a related accounting role.
  • Experience working with invoice processing systems or accounting software is a must.
  • Vantaca experience ideally.
  • Conformable leading AP updates in meetings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
