Our client:
A Property Management Company based in California
Activities:
- Approve invoices in the system, confirming all information is correct.
- Answer some phone calls regarding basic community questions.
- Answering basic accounting phone calls and emails such as balance requests, statement requests, and online payment setup assistance.
- Process the central email inbox, assign them to the correct person, and answer some of them with templates.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Regular schedule: 10:00 - 19:00 (Mexico City Time)
Daylight saving: 9:00 - 18:00 (Mexico City Time)
This position is remote, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day.
