About our client:

A company with 30 years of experience managing Homeowners Associations in California. They focus on helping communities to grow with industry knowledge, technology, and people-oriented management.

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to support the following activities:

  • Manage a high volume of communication with homeowners through phone calls, email, and the homeowner portal.
  • Provide customer support regarding community inspections and homeowner compliance matters.
  • Maintain professional communication with homeowners while ensuring timely responses and resolution updates.
  • Assist homeowners with architectural request applications by ensuring all required information and documentation are complete before submission for approval review.
  • Route questions or concerns outside the scope of the role to the appropriate department, inspector, or community manager.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday

  • During daylight saving: 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST MX
  • Regular schedule: 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST MX

This position is remote, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day (expenses are covered by yourself).

After the first 3 months, we add the following:

  • Minor medical insurance (Clinic may vary according to your city).

Minimum requirements

MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking).

  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Ability to handle difficult customers and de-escalate situations professionally.
  • Administrative skills.
